Nick Browne is with Bulmers Ireland for 4 years as Commercial Operations Director / Head of Wholesale.
Bulmers Ireland – One of the big 3 drinks manufacturers and suppliers in the Irish Market with brands such as Bulmers, Budweiser, Corona, San Miguel amongst others.
Previously 16 years managing Licenced Trade Wholesale business.
Nick will be discussing; Brexit and how it may affect your business. Expected challenges when reopening and what your customers can expect and what consumers will need to know about the drinks industry.
Sofie Rooney – Chimac

Sofie will be discussing the best marketing techniques to market a city centre restaurant during a pandemic and how they plan to market themselves as they relaunch and reopen.
Brian Bowler – The Montenotte Hotel
Brian is a seasoned business and hotel manager, with over 20-years’ experience in the hospitality sector. Starting his trainee manager career with the Gleneagle Hotel Group in 1997, Brian has held senior management roles with prestigious hotel brands, such as The Brehon, Carton House as well as Choice Hotels Ireland and The Great Southern Hotel group. In early 2017, Brian joined the Montenotte Hotel in Cork.
The Montenotte Hotel, one of Ireland’s leading destination hotels, is firmly on the map as one of Ireland’s most recognised independent hotels. They have won many prestigious awards over the years. They are consistently named within the Top 4 hotels on Tripadvisor in Cork city and county.
Brian will be discussing the reopening plan of the Montenotte Hotel and will be briefly discussing retaining staff during this time.
David Reynolds – First Choice Purchasing
David is General Manager of First Choice Purchasing and leads the team in the day-to-day operations dealing with both our clients and suppliers. He also oversees the company’s expansion efforts into continuing to provide the best procurement service operation in Ireland.
David will be opening the event and discussing who First Choice Purchasing are and how we plan to help our clients over the next few months.
